I’m so excited that you’re here! I’m Ali a qualified menopause wellness coach, educator and motivational speaker. And a champion of small, achievable steps that actually make a difference #TweakAWeek.

I was 45 when I started to experience perimenopausal symptoms and I went from being confident and capable to a total wreck.  I was fueled by self-loathing and crushing anxiety.  And without doubt, my lifestyle, from stress to diet, to over exercising, not sleeping – was all creating the perfect storm when combined with what was going on with my hormones.

I was clueless to why I was suddenly crying, like all the time!  And why I just couldn’t get my shit-together for more than three days at time.  

It’s why at 50 - I retrained as a menopause wellness coach, educator and motivational speaker!

I help women feel more like themselves again: clearer, calmer, healthier, happier.

I offer sessions that go beyond the basics. Yes, we’ll cover what perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause actually mean — the symptoms, the science, the “what the hell is happening to my brain?” moments — but more importantly, we’ll talk about how to bounce back, take control, and thrive.

With authenticity, passion, and a good dose of humour, I also leverage my own lived-experiences — from perimenopausal burnout to a diagnosis of anal cancer. And of course I share my “hallelujah” moments that helped me rebuild and feel fabulous again. Using my #TweakAWeek approach, I show women how to make simple, sustainable shifts that support their health and happiness — without the overwhelm.
